ברוכים הבאים ל-Voca (להלן "האפליקציה"). השימוש באפליקציה כפוף לתנאי שימוש אלה. על ידי התקנה ושימוש באפליקציה, אתה מצהיר שקראת, הבנת והסכמת לתנאים המפורטים להלן.
Voca היא אפליקציית עוזר קולי בעברית המסייעת לביצוע פעולות טלפון, הודעות ואנשי קשר באמצעות פקודות קול, במטרה לסייע בנהיגה בטוחה.
האפליקציה מאפשרת:
השימוש באפליקציה ניתן כיום ללא תשלום. האפליקציה אינה כוללת כיום מנוי, רכישות בתוך האפליקציה או פרסומות.
איננו מתחייבים שהאפליקציה תישאר חינמית. אם יוצעו בעתיד תכונות או מסלולים בתשלום, נודיע על כך מראש (ראה סעיף 9) ותנאים אלה יעודכנו לפני כן. לא יבוצע חיוב כלשהו ללא הסכמתך המפורשת דרך Google Play.
השימוש באפליקציה אינו דורש הרשמה, כניסה עם חשבון Google או מסירת כתובת דוא"ל. המידע שהאפליקציה משתמשת בו מפורט במדיניות הפרטיות.
Voca נועדה לסייע בנהיגה בטוחה, אך אינה תחליף לזהירות בנהיגה.
לתפקוד מלא, האפליקציה דורשת את ההרשאות הבאות:

האפליקציה מסופקת "כפי שהיא" (AS IS), ללא אחריות מפורשת או משתמעת. אנו לא נישא באחריות ל:
מגבלת אחריותנו המקסימלית מוגבלת לסכום ששילם המשתמש בעבור האפליקציה, אם שילם, ב-12 החודשים שקדמו לאירוע.

תנאי שימוש אלה עשויים להתעדכן מעת לעת. שינויים מהותיים יובאו לידיעת המשתמשים דרך האפליקציה. המשך השימוש לאחר עדכון מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המעודכנים.
על תנאים אלה חל הדין הישראלי. סמכות השיפוט הבלעדית בכל סכסוך הקשור לאפליקציה נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל.

Welcome to Voca. By installing and using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. Voca is a Hebrew voice assistant that helps perform phone, messaging, and contact actions via voice commands, for safer driving.
The App is currently free to use. It currently includes no subscription, in-app purchases or ads.
We do not promise that the App will remain free. If paid features or plans are offered in the future, we will give 30 days' notice and update these terms beforehand. You will never be charged without your explicit consent through Google Play.
The App requires no sign-up, no Google sign-in and no email address. The information the App uses is described in the Privacy Policy.
Voca is designed to support safe driving but is NOT a substitute for driver attention. Users are responsible for complying with local traffic laws. Do not look at the screen while driving. Operation while driving is at the user's sole responsibility.
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the App. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the App, if any, in the 12 months preceding the event.
These terms are governed by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Israel.
